Description
Olha Martyniuk graduated with an MA in German and European Studies from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Friedrich Schiller University Jena in 2017 and a BA in Political Science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2015. Previously, Martyniuk worked for various Ukrainian NGOs and at the Buchenwald Memorial in Weimar. Since October 2019, she has been working on her doctoral thesis "Soldiers of the Red Army: Representations and Perceptions in Ukraine since 1991." Martyniuk has been a DAAD scholarship holder at the IOS since October 1, 2020.
